As a not-for-profit institution founded in January 2020, we act without exception for the well-being and development of talents and professionals in esports. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The core of epf can be divided into two parts. On the one hand, there is the<a href=\"https:\/\/esportsplayerfoundation.org\/en\/mission\/organisation\/team\/\"> team<\/a> that looks after partners and talents via the office and promotion. Here, campaigns and projects are managed in-house or by partners, as well as administrative tasks for the promotion of over 100 talents from 5 esports titles.  <\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to monitoring the management, the main tasks of the epf <a href=\"https:\/\/esportsplayerfoundation.org\/en\/mission\/organisation\/beirat\/\">advisory board<\/a> include monitoring the expenditure of financial resources, which may only be spent in the interests of the sponsored players. Furthermore, the advisory board serves as an advisor on strategic issues and supports the development of networks and contacts. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<h2>Objectives of esports promotion<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>As a <strong>not-for-profit excellence and funding institution<\/strong>, we have set ourselves the goal of creating the best possible conditions for every talent to realize their full potential. To achieve this goal, epf can rely on a two-digit team of permanent employees and a three-digit number of experts.  The promotion of excellence is headed by J\u00f6rg Adami, who previously shaped and developed Olympic sport in Germany for 10 years as a member of the board of<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sporthilfe.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Deutsche Sporthilfe<\/a>.  <\/div>\n<h2>Support from politics and business<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 100% shareholder of the esports player foundation is game &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/game.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Verband der Deutschen Games Branche e.V.<\/a> The epf is supported by the commitment of the most important publishers and event organizers as well as politicians and traditional sports.
