Professional esports players inspire millions of people worldwide. They embody a self-image as top performers that goes far beyond the game. This includes essential aspects such as physical fitness, a balanced diet, restful sleep<\/strong> and mental strength.<\/strong> At the esports player foundation, sponsored esports players not only receive access to these support modules<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Through targeted training and a healthy lifestyle, they maximize their performance and set new standards in gaming. The esports player foundation and its sponsored athletes are committed to the values of performance, respect and fair play. Together with over 100 talents<\/strong> from the titles<\/a> we sponsor, we reach an audience of millions and act as role models. <\/span><\/p>\n

Performance<\/b> means the will to constantly improve. This includes a willingness to perform, an exemplary work ethic and ambition. <\/span><\/p>\n

Respect<\/b> means respecting and recognizing all fellow human beings as the basis of our own behaviour. This is our stance against hate speech and toxicity and in favor of equal opportunities and equal rights for all people. <\/span><\/p>\n

Fair play<\/strong> means consciously adhering to the rules. With our campaigns, we are campaigning for more equality and, together with our partners from business and politics, are positioning ourselves against hate speech and toxicity online. At the same time, each campaign is also intended to motivate the community to take action itself and take action against hate and hate speech. <\/span><\/p>\n
