The Equal Esports Initiative is a joint movement of Deutsche Telekom AG<\/a>, SK Gaming<\/a> and the esports player foundation. Launched in September 2021, we are committed to more diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities in esports.<\/p>

In the long term, we want to enable women and non-binary talents to reach<\/strong> their full potential<\/strong>, normalize mixed teams<\/strong> and give<\/strong> them the recognition<\/strong> they deserve.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Equal Esp<\/span>orts Talents - Support at the highest level<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Through the Equal Esports program, we aim to prove that women and non-binary players are just as capable as their male counterparts.
Our mission is to create equal opportunities in Esports, increase the visibility of diverse talents, and ultimately establish mixed teams at the professional level.<\/p>

Since 2021, we have supported European players who identify as women or non-binary on their journey to the top of Esports.
The program provides a professional training environment that combines athletic, mental, and personal development \u2013 including in-game coaching, sports psychology, regular fitness training, hardware support, a mentoring program, and intensive bootcamps designed to build the routines and discipline of professional athletes.<\/p>

With the Equal Esports initiative, we bring Esports closer to the heart of society and create lasting opportunities for the next generation of players.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Why Equal Esports talent development is important<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The esports industry is growing steadily and is increasingly establishing itself as an integral part of the modern entertainment industry. Nevertheless, women and non-binary people are still underrepresented in many areas of the scene. This is precisely where Equal Esports talent development comes in: It creates targeted opportunities for these groups and supports them in gaining a foothold in the esports world.<\/p>

In addition to the opportunity to prove themselves in competitive games, the program also promotes personal and professional development<\/strong>. The close support of experienced coaches and exchanges within the community create an environment in which talented players can grow and achieve their goals<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Further development of the project<\/h3>

The Equal Esports program continues to grow \u2013 in reach, quality, and impact. Each year, we expand the initiative with new Esports titles, develop innovative training concepts, and support an increasingly international and diverse community.
Through strong partnerships with companies, institutions, and media partners, we are building long-term structures to firmly anchor equality in Esports and open access to professional development for even more young talents.<\/p>
