With the Xantaro<\/a> IT Trials<\/b>, we are bridging the gap between esports and dual careers<\/b>, as the 12-month sponsorship enables the talents to pursue their esports career and work on a“career after their career<\/b>” at the same time. The 5 talents will complete internships<\/b> or have the opportunity to become working students<\/b> or part of the Jobstarter program<\/b>. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

All in all, over the next 12 months, the talents will receive a deep dive<\/b> into the IT industry<\/b> that is unique in esports and thus lay<\/b> an important foundation<\/b> for their future careers. The IT trials are an incredibly important step for us and for the further professionalization of esports. On the one hand, we are one step closer to our promise of 360-degree support throughout the esports career, and on the other hand, the IT trials will show that a dual career can also work in esports. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The 5 talents were guests at Xantaro for the first time last Wednesday. They got to know their mentors, gained an insight into working life at Xantaro and learned what they can expect over the next 12 months. We could see the joy and gratitude of the talents from their faces. <\/p>\n
