With the Equal Esports Award, the esports player foundation and Telekom are joining forces to advocate for greater visibility, recognition, and equal opportunity in professional gaming. This year, the award goes to Evi \u201cBlossi\u201d Sutter, a VALORANT player for ALTERNATE aTTaX Ruby.<\/p>

Performance with Attitude<\/p>

The award honors players who not only excel athletically but also enrich the esports community by serving as role models. Blossi exemplifies this ideal:
With exceptional consistency, strong game intelligence, and impressive composure under pressure, she demonstrates how a professional mindset and team orientation make all the difference\u2014especially at the international level.<\/p>

A Role Model for the Next Generation<\/strong><\/p>

\u201cWe want to highlight players who shape esports not only through their athletic prowess but also through their character. The fact that we\u2019ve launched this award together with Telekom shows how seriously we share this goal\u2014and how much we can achieve together,\u201d says Clara Dietrich, Head of Marketing & Communication at the esports player foundation.
