In October 2025, Esports Team Berlin held its second boot camp. Over the course of two intensive weekends, the young talents being supported in the disciplines of Brawl Stars, League of Legends, and EA SPORTS FC 26 came together to focus on their athletic and personal development.<\/p>

The boot camp combined hands-on coaching with complementary workshop formats and provided an opportunity for discussion, reflection, and team-building away from the daily routine of working online.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Overview of the boot camp\u2019s content:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Professional in-game coaching for each title<\/li>
  • Workshops on mental health, performance, and competition stress<\/li>
  • Analysis of game and training routines<\/li>
  • Joint offline activities to strengthen team spirit<\/li><\/ul>

    A special focus was placed on linking individual performance development with cross-group exchange. Through on-site training together, the young talents were able to get to know one another across titles, share experiences, and learn from one another.<\/p>
