It is precisely these stories that motivate us every day. Can “Kyuubii” Ali was one of our first sponsored CS talents and has been part of our sponsorship program since his 16th birthday. At just 18 years old, Can is now on the verge of an international breakthrough – he has signed a contract with Fnatic.

He is a great role model for all our talents. Because he has worked his way up from a talent camp in the summer of 2021 to the biggest international stage within 2 1/2 years. But let’s start from the beginning.

His story begins near Bonn, where his irrepressible hunger for success and his talent were evident from an early age. On his 16th birthday, he moved to Sprout Esports, to his great supporter Daniel Paulus. At the same time, Can became the first esports player in Germany to attend an elite sports school. Where future Olympic champions are normally brought up, an esports player is now a pupil for the first time.

His path finally leads him to Sangal Gaming Group B.V. in January 2022, where he celebrates his greatest success to date with 3rd place in the BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2022 in October 2022.
His career continues to gain momentum and he is increasingly playing his way into the focus of top global teams.

His move to Fnatic now marks the opportunity for his international breakthrough. The chance to prove his worth to the team and secure a long-term contract is within his grasp.
Can’s achievements are a source of great pride for us, and we are determined to further his career with the same intensity and support.
