On Friday evening, XPERION announced the creation of a new CS:GO junior team “XPERION NXT” in cooperation with the esports player foundation. Together with the epf, Xperion wants to give the best CS:GO talents in Germany the opportunity to become esports professionals.
The esports player foundation takes over the sporting part and supports the XPERION NXT team in the application process, in the selection of talents and in the promotion of the team. The talents selected for the team are also accepted into the esports player foundation and receive long-term support. They receive holistic support, from in-game coaching to mental and physical fitness, all relevant aspects are taken into account to help the talents consistently deliver top performances.
XPERION itself not only took the initiative for the team and is thus also the namesake, but is also committed to the future of the team members, both in their esports careers and afterwards. Among other things, this includes marketing the junior team and also the opportunity to combine a passion for esports with an apprenticeship. This also offers prospects after an esports career.
