After a multi-stage selection process, the time has finally come: The 5 talents of the Xantaro IT-Trials have been chosen.
What are the Xantaro IT Trials?
With the Xantaro IT Trials, we are bridging the gap between esports and dual careers, as the 12-month sponsorship enables the talents to pursue their esports career and work on a“career after their career” at the same time. The 5 talents will complete internships or have the opportunity to become working students or part of the Jobstarter program.
All in all, over the next 12 months, the talents will receive a deep dive into the IT industry that is unique in esports and thus lay an important foundation for their future careers. Each talent will be supported by a mentor and will be able to expand his/her network and gain practical experience at the same time.
Professionalization of esports
The IT trials are an incredibly important step for us and for the further professionalization of esports. On the one hand, we are one step closer to our promise of 360-degree support throughout the esports career, and on the other hand, the IT trials will show that a dual career can also work in esports.
The 5 Talents
The 5 talents were guests at Xantaro for the first time last Wednesday. They got to know their mentors, gained an insight into working life at Xantaro and learned what they can expect over the next 12 months. We could see the joy and gratitude of the talents from their faces.
