We spent last week with our Equal eSports talents at the boot camp at the Aldiana Club in Ampflwang. For seven days, the talents focused on breaking habits and learning new skills.
For the first time, Finja Walsdorff and Marlies Brunnhofer were two members of the Equal eSports Councils on site. This was hugely important for the talents in order to build an even closer bond with their confidants.
But why are performance bootcamps so important for the development of talent? 🧠
Our bootcamps provide an environment that takes talents out of their comfort zone and allows them to fully focus on their training. Through a combination of interactive workshops, intensive coaching and one-to-one sessions, we encourage talents to push themselves and exceed their own limits.
For us, breaking our own habits is an important step on the way to a successful long-term career.
We are incredibly happy with how the last week has gone. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the enablers of the Equal eSports Initiative. 💙
