The path to becoming a professional esports player starts right here: The MMS Next Gen Cup 2025 is kicking off a new season—and once again offers EA FC players from all over Germany the chance to prove their talent. Together with MediaMarktSaturn, XPERION Germany, and creators Farooo and NiklasNeo, we’re searching for the next generation of esports stars.
Nationwide Qualifiers – Online and Offline
A total of eight offline qualifiers at MediaMarkt and Saturn stores, as well as three online tournaments, will allow talented players from all regions to qualify for the grand finale in Cologne. 32 spots are available for the finale at XPERION Cologne on December 13 and 14.
On-site, finalists can expect professional facilities, exclusive workshops, and coaching sessions provided by the esports player foundation—the ideal preparation for the next step toward a professional esports career.

Things are going to get really exciting at the big showdown in Cologne: Creators Farooo and NiklasNeo will draft the 32 finalists live into their teams. Stage, audience, cameras—the finals create an atmosphere that rivals that of the Virtual Bundesliga.
