Who we are
We are the world’s first and only institution fully dedicated to promoting esports talent. Our goal is ambitious: We accompany and advise young players on their way to the top of the world – regardless of whether they are at the beginning of their career or already playing for the biggest titles. We are apolitical and non-partisan. We support the goals of the talents we support or the esports ecosystem.
What we do
Our expertise is unique: we currently provide comprehensive, unconditional and free support to talents in five of the world’s most relevant esports titles. We cover all facets that are necessary for sustainable success – from support in the esports title to personal development. The know-how from 50 years of Olympic talent development and the best esports coaches in Germany does valuable work for the next generation of professional players.
We discover, develop and accompany players
The holistic development of our talents is a daily focus for our team. We develop the skills and abilities that esports players need to be the best in their respective title. In regular coaching sessions, qualified coaches work on individual skills using video analysis, strategy sessions or game-related tools. This is complemented by fitness training, nutritional advice, boot camps and sports psychology support to ensure professional and sustainable development.
Whether budding star or established professional: together with our partners, we are trailblazers and communicate messages that are more than just words via our own channels and the channels of our sponsored partners. Respect, performance and fair play form the foundation of our communication and anchor our partners in the large and dynamic target group of gamers. Together, we make a valuable contribution to the further development of esports and have a positive impact on society.
