How is the esports player foundation structured?
Performance, Respect & Fairplay – these are the core values of all supported players and employees of the esports player foundation (epf). The canon of values unites our talents with our partners and supporters from politics and business. As a not-for-profit institution founded in January 2020, we act without exception for the well-being and development of talents and professionals in esports.
- The core of epf can be divided into two parts. On the one hand, there is the team that looks after partners and talents via the office and promotion. Here, campaigns and projects are managed in-house or by partners, as well as administrative tasks for the promotion of over 100 talents from 5 esports titles.
- In addition to monitoring the management, the main tasks of the epf advisory board include monitoring the expenditure of financial resources, which may only be spent in the interests of the sponsored players. Furthermore, the advisory board serves as an advisor on strategic issues and supports the development of networks and contacts.
