A balanced diet is crucial for health, well-being and maximum performance. Athletes with intensive training days, frequent trips to tournaments or young talents who have not yet dealt extensively with the topic benefit from a healthy and nutritious diet for their performance in esports.
As part of our “Nutrition” support module, we work with the talents on healthy routines and create an awareness of sustainable and energy-rich nutrition.

Nutritional advice
The importance of a wholesome and healthy diet for physical and mental well-being and for top performance in esports is often underestimated. As part of our support, we offer our talented athletes comprehensive nutritional advice to help them maintain a balanced diet.
Our talents learn how to use food in a targeted way to boost their performance, improve their concentration and live healthily in the long term. In physical workshops, but also digitally, we help them to incorporate healthy recipes. We also provide valuable tips for everyday life to optimize eating rhythms and achieve a healthy balance between training and recovery.
A conscious diet is relevant and desirable for society as a whole. Through our commitment, we work with players to promote a healthy lifestyle and the associated added value for esports and gaming.
Bootcamps & Events
Bootcamps & events from the esports player foundation provide the perfect framework for creating healthy routines. The focus is not only on in-game skills, but encompasses all aspects that make a competitive athlete successful – from nutrition to fitness and mental health.
