XPERION NXT – THE place to go in esports
The XPERION NXT organization is a joint project of the esports player foundation and XPERION. In four titles, young talented esports players are given the chance to develop and play in the highest national and international leagues. New teams have now been founded in Brawl Stars and Valorant. They are in line with the organization’s overarching focus – the decisive factor is not short-term sporting success, but the future-oriented promotion of all players in a professional environment. This makes the organization drastically different from its competitors in all titles.
XPERION NXT was not founded to win trophies in the world’s biggest esports leagues tomorrow. Even though the long-term aim is to achieve sporting development in esports by participating in major leagues, the focus is on training teams and individual athletes.
How do XPERION Talent Teams work?
In line with the motto “best of both worlds”, the teams are supported by the social media and marketing experts at XPERIONS Germany and the esports player foundation’s sporting expertise. Through this connection, we guarantee the mostly unknown esports talents at the beginning of their careers not only comprehensive and professional coverage of their performances, but also content that makes them better known in the gaming communities. The fans get access to the teams via their own streams and formats during match days or tournaments.
The esports player foundation is responsible for the sporting promotion of the teams – the not-for-profit institution has been promoting the best young talent in esports for five years now and has expertise in all titles from world-class coaches and sports directors. Every talent receives access to the funding modules of the support program – these include
- In-game coaching & team coaching by trained coaches
- Sports psychology support
- Bootcamps
- Nutrition & fitness advice
- Hardware Support
- Mentoring and career support
The holistic support goes beyond traditional in-game coaching and includes all relevant aspects to achieve lasting top performance in esports.
XPERION NXT goes Brawl Stars
There are several benefits to founding a Brawl Stars team. Both the esports ecosystem and the appeal to young players spoke in favor of opening a team.
With Umberto “Inso” Santarello, XPERION NXT was able to inspire a world champion & one of the best coaches ever for its project. The native Italian will coach three international talents in the future: Among them is Arthur “Arthur” K. , who is already known in esports circles as the best player in Austria. Julian “Tex” H., one of Germany’s best leaders, has also been recruited for the team. The team is complemented by the individual top skills of the Spaniard Youssef “Amos” I.
What is Brawl Stars?
Brawl Stars is a mobile multiplayer game developed and published by Supercell. Since 2019, the game has been particularly popular with young players around the world. The complex yet entertaining rounds in various game modes and almost 90 characters or Brawlers provide a great entertainment factor. Esports is played in 3 vs. 3 mode. Similar to League of Legends, a map is played after a draft, which places different demands on the players. A total of 6 different modes and 18 alternating maps are played in Esports.

XPERION NXT HANAMI
XPERION NXT is expanding its esports commitment with XPERION NXT HANAMI – a VALORANT team for women and non-binary players. Following the founding of our male VALORANT team in January 2024, which now plays in the Challengers League, this step is the logical next step.
The team is led by Luana Jolina Lasiu, the 2024 German champion and Equal eSports Initiative grantee, and Minh Thu Pham, a DB Esports Program scholarship holder and the first woman in the Challengers League. The lineup is rounded out by two-time Italian champion Sasha Chung Schwartz and two up-and-coming young talents.
