The esports player foundation is a not-for-profit institution that focuses exclusively on the development and well-being of esports talent and top performers.
For each of our talents, an individual service package is put together on the basis of several discussions between the talent and the talent manager, which selects the individually relevant aspects from a list of over 100 support modules. This service package is dynamic and can include coaching, nutritional counselling or sports psychological support as well as financial support.
The focus is on measures that lead to the best possible conditions for success not only in the game but also far beyond. All services are free of charge for those receiving funding. Their commitment is to work purposefully on their career and to stand up for our values: performance, respect and fair play.
