Media training and personality development

There‘s more to a successful career than just in game performance: being a role model for ambitious gamers and helping to bring esports to broader audiences should be seen more as a chance than a liability. The Konrad Adenauer Stiftung helps the esports player foundation to support the players with media and interview training, social media workshops and value education.

Parents counseling

Many parents of esports pros and talents do not have any access to the world of gaming and esports. But the more they know and understand, the better they can support their children in their careers – and can help other parents with their knowledge and insights. The Konrad Adenauer foundation also supports the parents counseling of the esports player foundation.

Our enabling partner CosmosDirekt, Germany‘s largest direct insurance, takes responsibility for the players and their careers. Players who are able to concentrate on their immediate tasks will perform better – as everything else is taken care of. From general liability insurances to foreign travel insurances, individual packages for each player take care of their needs.

Tax consulting and declarations

To win prize money or be signed by a professional organisation often means the first steps into professional life – and everything that comes with it. If someone has never declared an income tax before, professional help is more than welcome. But also established players who generate additional income as streamers, win prize money in different countries or live and work in different cities are often presented with problems, as esports player is a fairly new profession. We are extremely proud to have a world reknown partner like PwC as an enabling Partner to take responsibility for our players.

Legal advice

Whether it‘s a first team contract or a sponsoring deal, a talent or a seasoned pro: legal issues should be dealt with by experts. Our Official Supplier for legal advice, Taylor Wessing, is a world leader in their field and represented all over the globe. They offer an initial consulting for any esports related legal issue for our players.
